Customer Operations Spec, Sr

Under direct supervision, this role augments customer relationships and expedites revenue recognition by performing assigned tasks within one or more quote to cash (QTC) process domains to include a combination of pre-sales, product delivery and service delivery activities required to support an assigned geography, global account or customer segment. Job tasks, correctly performed, have mínimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are acquired through 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within the high-tech sales or service industry. Halliburton experience in distribution or finance administration and familiarity of the sales administration and financial aspects of the business is favorable. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business preferred.
