Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, nous recrutons en CDI **:Product manager EMEA (H/F)** pour la partie Automobile.

**Mission principale**:
Le Product Manager EMEA, est chargé de diriger la stratégie pour la réussite d’une ligne de produits sur le marché automobile de la zone EMEA.

Il est défini comme un expert du produit, capable de prendre des décisions stratégiques.

Il crée les liens nécessaires entre les services afin de garantir une mise sur le marché efficace, tout en maintenant une rentabilité minimum pendant toute la durée de vie du produit.

Il sera rattaché à la Responsable Product Management, basée aux Etats-Unis.

Notre site de production de Crépy-en-Valois avec ses 220 salariés, est spécialisé dans la fabrication et la vente de gaines de protection en matière têxtile, utilisées dans le monde automobile, ferroviaire et aéronautique.

**Descriptif du poste**
- Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs pertinents, afin de tenir informée l’organisation, de l’état du marché automobile de sa région
- Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe des ventes et les clients, pour comprendre les exigences clients sur les produits et les orientations technologiques à appliquer
- Organiser et participer aux salons automobiles et les journées techniques (journées d’échanges sur la technicité des produits entre fournisseurs et clients)
- Collaborer avec le Responsable Product Management de la division, afin de définir les supports marketings et autres produits pour soutenir les ventes. Cela inclut les fiches techniques, les échantillons, les fiches de vente, les guides d’installation et films
- Répondre aux besoins de tarification et de positionnement des produits sur le marché auto de la région
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie globale des produits automobiles en recueillant les données régionales et en soutenant les équipes de vente et de développement au niveau local si nécessaire
- Communiquer directement avec tous les responsables de lignes de produits
- Coordonner les études de marché, l’analyse de la concurrence

**Profil recherché**
- Ingénieur technique avec une attirance pour les sujets économiques, ou profil économique ou école de commerce (Communication ou Economie), avec une attirance pour la technicité
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine industriel automobile (de préférence), domaine technique ou conception
- L’intérêt pour le milieu automobile est un plus
- Anglais nécessaire, bon niveau pouvant tenir une conversation professionnelle
