**Les missions qui te seront confiées en nous rejoignant**
Ton objectif est d’œuvrer au passage d’une culture orientée produit à une culture orientée client.
Tes missions se déclinent de la manière suivante:
- Mesurer, analyser et suivre les indicateurs service client
- Accompagner notre clientèle lors de l’onboarding sur l’usage et l’exploitation optimale de nos produits
- Analyser de manière statistique les réclamations clients. Tu communiques les problématiques récurrentes aux différents services, afin d’améliorer le produit, le service rendu et l’expérience client
- Proposer aux services concernés, des actions préconçues avec ton manager, selon la problématique client identifiée

**Les plus de ton profil**:
- Tu possèdes une expérience réussie de customer success manager
- Tu as déjà travaillé sur un outil de relation client et sur un outil de BI
- Tu as déjà travaillé dans un environnement lié aux collectivités territoriales ou à l’édition de logiciels
- Tu as un esprit d’analyse et de remise en cause, ce qui te permettra d’apporter de nouvelles solutions
