**CE QUE NOUS CHERCHONS**
- Idéalement vous possédez un bac +2 avec une première expérience réussie dans le secteur de la vente de produits d’agrofourniture ;
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en agronomie et de la distribution agricole sur votre secteur ;
- Vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique.

**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**
- Sur la base de votre état des lieux du marché, vous proposez une stratégie de développement sur votre secteur géographique ;
- Vous élaborez un plan d’action en tenant compte des priorités stratégiques de l’entreprise et du groupe ;
- Vous menez les négociations commerciales et assurez les référencements produits auprès de nos clients ;
- Vous assurez le développement et la fidélisation de votre portefeuille clients ;
- Vous gérez la promotion des ventes en assurant la formation technique des équipes de vos clients et en participant activement aux différents évènements marketing ;
- Vous entretenez des relations régulières avec l’ensemble de notre équipe (commerciale, administrative et technique).
