This leads to thousands of unpaid invoices, broken communications, outdated payment methods, and a negative customer experience. As a result, cash flow suffers, and growth is inhibited. Upflow is the modern collections hub that manages all data, analytics, communications and payments to improve cash flows.

**Your role at Upflow**:
Joining Upflow as a CEO Right-Hand Intern, you're a key player in turning our vision into reality and ensuring our leadership sails smoothly. This role is designed for a driven individual eager to dive deep into strategic planning, cross-department collaboration, and executive-level communication.

Reporting directly to our Finance Director and receiving guidance from our fractional Chief of Staff, you will:

- ** Coordinate** **strategic planning activities**, including the animation of quarterly OKR planning sessions
- ** Monitor our progress toward goals** and spearhead initiatives to **enhance transparency** across the organization with data
- ** Oversee top management and company-wide meetings** and communication, prepare meeting notes, interface with internal stakeholders, and ensure follow-up
- Manage & **prepare communication for external stakeholders**
- ** Perform ad-hoc cross-functional projects**, diving into specific topics to support a specific function of the business

This position is based in our Paris offices, close to Grands Boulevards.

**This is a paid internship, compensated 1,500 EUR per month.**

**3 - Home assignment review & Team interview**
