**Your role at Upflow**:
Joining Upflow as a CEO Office & Finance Intern, you're a key player in turning our vision into reality and ensuring our leadership sails smoothly. This role is designed for a driven individual eager to dive deep into strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder communication.
Reporting directly to our Finance Director and receiving guidance from our fractional Chief of Staff, you will:
- Coordinate strategic planning activities, including the animation of quarterly OKR planning sessions
- Monitor our progress toward goals and spearhead initiatives to enhance transparency across the organization
- Oversee top management and company-wide meetings and communication, prepare meeting notes, and interface with stakeholders
- Manage & prepare communication with external stakeholders
- Contribute to our finance efforts in collaboration with our Finance Director, playing a critical role in sustaining Upflow's financial health
