Depuis sa création en 2017, **Apleona France SAS **est en croissance rapide grâce à l’acquisition de nouveaux grands comptes internationaux.
Nous sommes donc désireux d'intégrer de nouveaux collaborateurs pour poursuivre cette ascension.
C'est pourquoi, nous recherchons aujourd'hui notre future, **Facilities Coordinator H/F.**
Rattaché(e) à l’« Area Manager », le/la « Facilities Coordinator » aura pour responsabilité de seconder l’Area Manager et le Key Account Manager sur les sites clients. Basée majoritairement à Bois Colombes, le/la Facilities Coordinator peut être amené à se déplacer ponctuellement.
Il/elle assurera la coordination sur les sites et veillera à ce que les attentes souhaitées du contrat soient atteintes en termes de performances opérationnelles et financières et que tous les délais et les niveaux de service soient satisfaits.
**Missions du poste**:
En tant que point référent/coordinateur du site, il/elle devra:
Accompagner l’équipe sur la maintenance corrective et préventive
- Accompagner le client dans le processus de gestion du changement
- Garantir la fourniture d'un service qui soutient l'activité principale du client
- S’assurer du bon suivi des évidences pour les sites auprès des référents sites
- Être le relais du site afin d’obtenir une cohésion quant à la documentation
- Coordonner les ressources et orientation du projet dans la bonne direction en temps utile
- Garantir la mise en place de procédures opérationnelles standard et de lignes directrices pour les projets
- Rendre compte des résultats et des performances
- Assurer la gestion des projets FM
- Être en charge de l’administratif du site, suivi des fichiers inter-sites
- S’occuper de la gestion des devis, facturations, bon de commande
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous disposez de 2 à 5 ans d’expériences dans le domaine (opérationnelle)
- Vous avez de solides connaissances des services FM hard et soft
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de MS-Office et avez une appétence administrative et financière
- Votre niveau d’anglais est courant
Votre aisance relationnelle, votre esprit d’équipe, votre sens du service ainsi que votre facilité à communiquer avec vos interlocuteurs (opérationnels, clients ) sont vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir à ce poste.
