Ses deux principaux défis actuels sont la mise en œuvre réussie de son nouveau Target Operating Model (TOM), soutenue par un ambitieux plan pluriannuel d’internalisation visant à délivrer des produits et services innovants à ses clients. L’organisation Tech & Data est une organisation agile et matricielle, reposant sur 4 piliers : 1. Data & System Engineering Composé des équipes suivantes : Data Center of Excellence Products and Systems Engineering Enterprise Architecture 2. Management & Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems Composé d’équipes supportant les Crews et les domaines fonctionnels transverses : Gouvernance Mise en œuvre du modèle opératoire Tech & Data Sécurité & Conformité Contrôle financier Sourcing & Vendor Management Gouvernance et Processus 3. Technique Composé d’équipes dédiées aux activités suivantes : IT Operations Réseaux Cloud Workplace & Cloud Productivity Services 4. Crews et Domaines Fonctionnels Transverses L’équipe Technical Operations s’appuie sur deux actifs technologiques clés : la CI Factory (Engineering Platform), qui fournit des services intégrés pour l’infrastructure as code, le déploiement des technologies cœur et l’intégration/livraison continues (CI/CD) ; la plateforme d’Observabilité, qui offre une vue unifiée pour superviser les systèmes d’information de l’organisation, incluant métriques, logs et traces Au sein de l’équipe Technical Operations, nous recherchons 2 Technical Writers afin de faciliter les sessions de collecte de connaissances, de traduire des opérations techniques complexes en une documentation claire et de standardiser les supports de processus. L’objectif est de permettre aux équipes d’opérer efficacement, d’accélérer l’onboarding et de capitaliser les connaissances à l’échelle de l’organisation. Ce rôle garantit que les informations techniques et opérationnelles critiques sont capturées, structurées et accessibles, favorisant ainsi une meilleure prise de décision et une amélioration continue. Le/La Technical Writer reportera au SVP, IT Production & Project Management et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les experts de l’équipe Technical Operations. Profil recherché Il anticipe et fait mûrir les nouveaux projets par une sensibilisation à l'apport des technologies et une analyse prospective des processus métiers. Il assiste la maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la définition des besoins et des solutions à mettre en oeuvre, dans un souci de meilleure intégration dans le système d'information d'entreprise.
