**Key Responsibilities**:
- Documentation Creation:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external audiences, including user guides, API documentation, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Regulatory and Quality Documentation:
- Prepare and organize regulatory and quality documents in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all documentation meets the necessary regulatory requirements.
- Code Understanding:
- Analyze and understand code written in PHP, JavaScript, and Python to effectively document software functionality and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest coding practices and technologies to ensure documentation relevance.
- Cloud Infrastructure Documentation:
- Document cloud infrastructure setups, including networking, Docker configurations, and other cloud-related technologies.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineers to ensure documentation reflects current practices and setups.
- Communication and Problem-Solving:
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for a diverse audience.
- Break down problems and processes into easy-to-understand documentation, facilitating learning and knowledge transfer.
- Documentation Advocacy and Education:
- Challenge and educate developers and technical teams to write and maintain their documentation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Influence by example to foster consistent documentation practices and maintenance.
- Teach and instill effective documentation rituals and reflexes across the organization, improving overall documentation quality and accessibility.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with regulatory and quality documentation in a healthcare or tech environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Markdown, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, ReadTheDocs).
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
