**Location**
Our Technical Writer will be an integral part of our UX/UI team in EMEA. This role is based remotely in France.

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Create, update and maintain customer-facing documentation at DoiT Help Center and the Developer Hub
- Collaborate with Product managers, engineers, and designers to gain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, identify documentation needs and opportunities from a customer-centric view
- Manage multiple documentation tasks in any given sprint
- Contribute to other technical knowledge articles at DoiT
- Participate in tooling and process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English to a professional standard (written and spoken)
- 4+ years experience in researching, writing, editing, and reviewing user-centered technical documentation for B2B SaaS products
- Experience building documentation websites with static site generators and markup languages like Markdown/MDX
- Experience with GitHub, pull request reviews, and CI/CD
- Experience with API documentation (OpenAPI, Swagger)
- Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on time
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Basic understanding of cloud technology, e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes.
