In this position, you will act as the key contact person for franchisees, restaurant managers, and corporate partners across the Benelux region and France. As a Market Manager, you take full responsibility for the successful delivery of kitchen projects – from the first concept and planning phase to final realization on-site. Tasks End-to-end project management for new kitchen installations and remodeling projects Customer consulting and relationship management as the primary contact for key accounts Sales planning and performance monitoring – driving business growth through strategic actions and data-based decisions Promotion and business development – representing the company’s products and services in the market Forecasting and reporting to ensure profitability and transparency Complaint management and issue resolution – providing effective solutions and maintaining customer trust Requirements Completed business or technical degree, or equivalent qualification 5+ years of experience in sales of technical or project-based products, ideally within the catering, construction, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industries Strong communication and organizational skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently Fluent in French and English; Dutch or German language skills are a plus Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region Benefits Flexible working hours and the option for mobile work (approx. 60% remote / 40% office) 30 days of annual leave + 4 additional company holidays Full access to LinkedIn Learning and support for further professional development Attractive bonus programme for Market Managers Comprehensive health management and occupational medical care Employee Assistance Programme for personal and professional support Corporate benefits and employee gifts for various occasions Team and company events such as summer parties, team outings, and sports tournaments A modern work environment with free beverages, fresh fruit, and state-of-the-art facilities Questions?
