Nous recherchons un(e) Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Senior pour renforcer les équipes de notre client grand compte ; acteur majeur du Saas B2B, en charge d’une plateforme critique à forte volumétrie. Le client évolue dans un contexte de transformation technologique, avec des enjeux forts de fiabilité, performance, observabilité et scalabilité, sur une architecture cloud moderne et événementielle. Vos missions Objectifs de la mission: • Garantir la disponibilité, la résilience et la performance des services en production • Structurer et faire évoluer les pratiques SRE / DevOps • Accompagner les équipes de développement dans l’industrialisation et la mise à l’échelle de la plateforme • Réduire les incidents et le toil par l’automatisation Votre rôle : • Garantir la fiabilité, la disponibilité et la performance des services en production • Améliorer la résilience des architectures distribuées et événementielles (queues, events, dead letters) • Définir, suivre et faire évoluer les SLI/SLO • Mettre en place et maintenir l’observabilité (monitoring, logs, métriques, alerting) • Concevoir et améliorer les pipelines CI/CD et sécuriser les déploiements (automatisation, rollback) • Participer activement à la gestion des incidents (diagnostic, post-mortems, runbooks) • Exploiter et faire évoluer les environnements cloud AWS (serverless, conteneurs) • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement et diffuser une culture SRE / qualité / responsabilité partagée Environnement Technique : • Cloud : AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge) • Bases de données : Aurora PostgreSQL • CI/CD : GitHub Actions, CircleCI • Observabilité : Datadog (logs, métriques, alerting) • Backend : TypeScript / Node.js • Frontend : Next.js • Mobile : React Native Vos compétences • Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en environnements cloud et production • Expérience significative en SRE, DevOps ou Production Engineering • Très bonne maîtrise d’AWS et des architectures événementielles • Solide culture CI/CD, automatisation et observabilité • Expérience en SaaS B2B avec enjeux de disponibilité et performance • Capacité à intervenir sur des environnements complexes et critiques Avantages Pourquoi cette mission ? • Missions à fort enjeu technique chez des clients majeurs • Environnement exigeant favorisant la montée en compétences • Autonomie et responsabilité sur des sujets structurants
