We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to contribute in the designing, development and the evolution of the infrastructure at Echo Analytics.

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to contribute in the designing, the development and the evolution of the infrastrucheture at Echo Analytics. evolution of the infrastructure at Echo Analytics.

To be successful as a Senior SRE, you should have prior experience in managing infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform, be able to collaborate with the data feature teams to investigate complex performance and reliability issues and provide assistance in resolving them and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Echo’s Data Platform remains competitive and innovative.

The opportunity

As a senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be joining the R&D team. Our stack runs on Google Cloud Platform. You will work in an environment made up of Data Lakes (BigQuery, etc.), data streaming platforms (Pub/Sub, Dataflow..), orchestration and scheduling tools (Airflow), modern deployment (Terraform-CI/CD), and management platforms (GCP).

Your Role at Echo

We’re currently scaling the team and hiring talents to grow faster. You will contribute to:

- Secure and monitor the platform and infrastructure
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
- Improve the deployment processes to make them as efficient as possible

Vos compétences

**What we’re looking for**:

- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- 4+ years of experience as a SR Engineer, DataOps or related role
- Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible (preferably Terraform)
- Strong experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog, Grafana, Loki, Kibana
- Experience in managing Apache Spark or other big data frameworks is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
