As Shipup grows, our revenue operations need to be clear, reliable, and scalable. This role ensures our Sales and Customer Success teams can focus on delivering value while leadership relies on trusted data and predictable revenue.You will report directly to Bérénice, Head of Ops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.Your key responsibilitiesDesign, maintain, and improve revenue processes that support new deals, renewals and expansion, while keeping things simple and usable for teamsRun and improve Shipup’s revenue operations on a day-to-day basis across Sales and Customer Success teamsOwn the CRM and revenue tooling, ensuring processes are clean, consistent, and actually used by teamsMake revenue data reliable and actionable, so pipeline, churn, and retention metrics can be trusted and discussed with confidence by partnering with our Head of DataSupport Sales and CS teams in their execution, by reducing friction, clarifying ownership, and improving how tools and processes are usedDrive revenue-related projects from start to finish, working closely with multiple teams and ensuring solutions are adopted in practiceContinuously identify and fix gaps in processes, data, or tooling that slow teams down or reduce visibilityOur technical stackHubspot, our main CRMModjo, AI meeting recording and analysis platformSkalin, CS platformMetabase, data visualisation platformn8n, automation platformSlack, messaging platformNotion, collaboration platformWhat you have3–5+ years of experience in Revenue OperationsProven end-to-end Revenue exposureStrong experience with CRM systemsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-endProficiency in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BIStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFull professional proficiency in French and EnglishWhat you’ll getFlexible hybrid remote model: work from our Paris office or fully remotely in France.
