OverviewAbout The Role — As a HR Business Partner you will reinforce the Human Resources department of the French entity. You will be in charge of several organizations and act as the privileged point of contact for managers. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders.In This Role, You WillWe are looking for a HRBP to:Establish HR as a key constituent of the overall business: the HRBP acts as a business partner to the organizations/client groups and dovetails HR with business planning and day-to-day operations, with a view to foreseeing opportunities and mitigating risks.Advise managers on people imperatives: people engagement, compliance, headcount planning, skill development, performance management, compensation, and proposes action plans and interventions.Develop and implement innovative HR policies/processes and drive HR projects: develop/localize HR policies in alignment with overall HR strategy and compliance with local regulations; drive France HR projects and contribute to task forces with colleagues from HR and the business.Reinforce a deeply performance-oriented culture: set the tone for a high-performance culture based on best-in-class standards; facilitate development of high-performance teams through coaching, clear roles and responsibilities, clear goals and expectations, skill building, and productivity enhancements.Support talent development and management: contribute to the people agenda, help build and deliver a strong value proposition to onboard, develop, and retain the best talent.We believe hybrid work is the way forward. This role is hybrid, requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Paris.
