As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with our founders and department leads to build and implement a people strategy that aligns with our vision and values. You’ll be the sponsor of employee experience, company culture, and streamlined HR processes.

**MISSIONS**

**Talent Management**
- Following up with our team members and provide support to management : listening, observing, and anticipating signals regarding talent identification and retention.
- Guiding career path development.
- Driving engagement and effectiveness initiatives such as 360° reviews and surveys.
- Working with teams to integrate the company's values into their day-to-day work.

**People Operations**
- You’ll handle essential HR functions like payroll, contract management, and ensuring compliance, contributing to the smooth operation of all administrative and legal aspects.

**HR Project**
- Continuous improvement of the various processes & documentation (Salary Grid, 360 review support, Career Path, Onboarding, Offboarding )

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**
- You’ve a proven track record as an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner (at least 5 years), gained in tech enabled business (e.g. SaaS, marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce ).
- You’ve already had a strong project dimension in your previous experience (performance management, remuneration, increasing managers' skills, etc.).
- You’ve demonstrated a strong ability to earn the trust and confidence of individual contributors while effectively representing leadership concerns, maintaining a balanced and empathetic approach.
- You have a native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
