Manager, Products & Applications UT - EMEAJob DescriptionThis role is part of our ET/UT product line.Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Manager of Products & Applications Customer support Ultrasonics for the EMEA-I region. Based in Villebon-sur-Yvette, France, you will lead a team of Product & Applications experts, driving technical excellence, product adoption, and customer satisfaction across multiple countries. Acting as a key technical interface between sales, engineering, and product management & marketing, you will ensure ultrasonic solutions meet market needs and support the company’s strategic growth objectives. And we’re just getting started.If you’re passionate about technology and want your work to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.Our valuesWe are customer-centricWe innovate with a purposeWe are results-orientedWe are team playersJoining our team means:Collaborating with experts dedicated to innovation and excellence in a dynamic environment.Becoming part of an organization that values commitment, initiative, and collaboration to help achieve common goals.Joining a rapidly expanding company offering long-term development and success opportunities.Contributing to meaningful projects that create a lasting impact.As Manager, Products & Applications UT – EMEA, you must be able toLead, mentor, and develop a team of Product & Applications specialists across EMEA-I.Analyze workload and future needs to allocate resources effectively, balancing current and upcoming initiatives.Define and execute the EMEA-I product applications strategy, aligning with global product roadmaps and business objectives.Provide advanced technical support and guidance to sales teams, channel partners, and end customers.Oversee product demonstrations, pilot programs, and technical trials across the region.Collaborate closely with Product Management & Marketing, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer feedback and market trends inform product development.Ensure high-quality, consistent application of ultrasonic solutions across industries such as oil & gas, energy, aerospace, maritime, and power generation.Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and customers.Drive adoption of UT solutions and services, supporting revenue growth across the region.Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, standards, and industry best practices.Represent Eddyfi Technologies at trade shows, conferences, and technical forums.What makes you an asset to our teamBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, NDT, or related technical discipline.Minimum 10–15 years of experience in NDT, with specialization in ultrasonics (UT, PAUT, TOFD).Proven leadership experience managing technical or applications teams in an international, multi-country environment.Strong understanding of ultrasonic inspection technologies, applications, and market trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate technical expertise into commercial impact.Results-oriented, strategic thinker, capable of balancing operational management with long-term planning.Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA-I region.Fluent in FrenchFluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.If you have transferable skills, even if you don’t meet all the criteria, feel free to submit your applicationWhy Join Eddyfi Technologies?Eddyfi Technologies is a global leader in advanced inspection solutions.
