Main purpose The Plant Quality Manager ensures the development and proper application of quality activities and standards within the plant, working closely with B&I stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to support operations that deliver products and services right the first time. Main responsibilities Safety compliance for all quality related activities; demonstrate active leadership for whole plant safety compliance and improvement. Lead overall Quality plant management (team management, competence management, recruitment, budget, CAPEX, Q processes application). Act as Plant Quality Representative: participate in plant management reviews, provide feedback, develop the quality strategic plan, and monitor KPIs such as CoPQ, CPPM, SPPM, internal defects, claims, audits, CAR/PAR. Manage internal and external audits and certifications for products and relevant certificates. Manage ISO 9001 and Plant QMS (process & internal–external audits). Improve Quality Laboratory processes and activities. Provide quality inputs for relevant projects/products development. Create and implement quality and control plans for new/transferred products, including PFMEA realization. Apply and improve quality activities in the plant: first part right, capability management, hydra application, SPC monitoring, defect dictionary, QES maturity improvement, global quality processes, 8D. Manage quality claims and root cause analysis (8D/RCA). Monitor and coordinate supplier quality performance. Coach sites on deployment and use of Quality and continuous improvement fundamentals (PDCA, routines, escalations, problem solving 8D/RCA, 5S, SMED, TPM, idea management). Support Engineering Change Requests and local product development implementation/industrialization activities. Collaborate with plant CI leaders & managers to implement CI standards through coaching, training, and project delivery support. Our requirements Bachelor or Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience, at least 3 years in a similar role. Profound knowledge of quality standards and quality checks. Good knowledge of our products and their acceptance criteria. Expertise in quality methodologies (quality assurance and quality controls). Experience in site quality or laboratory responsibility (ISO‑auditor preferred). Problem‑solving experience (6 Sigma green belt or equivalent preferred). International working experience in an industrial organization.
