**_Mission_**
The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) of Dermaceutic. He or she would also maintain policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products and activities are best in class.

Your will:

- Work with all departments to ensure the conformity of the QMS to quality and regulatory requirements
- Ensure quality policy and objectives are implemented properly
- Follow up and monitoring of indicators
- Manage the management review
- Ensure and implement continuous improvements actions
- Manage internal, external and suppliers’ audits
- Manage Non-conformities, CAPA, PMS, change controls
- Manage complaints and vigilances (tracking, investigations, and reporting to competent authorities)
- Manage process risk analysis
- Manage quality documents
- Carry out quality trainings
- Release finished products
- Manage Quality team

**_Preferred experience_**
- Master’s degree or equivalent, with previous experience in similar role in Medtech company.
- Knowledge of Change Control and CAPA processes.
- Strong skills to organize, prioritize, and execute.
- Solid oral communication and writing skills in an international environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
