Quality Manager Bedoin

Sibelco is a global material solutions company. We mine, process and sell industrial minerals at locations worldwide, focused primarily on silica, clays, feldspathics and olivine. We are also leaders in glass recycling. The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.

Role Purpose:
Guarantee the quality and environmental policy of the company within the Bedoin cluster (group of 4 sites).

Implement and manage the cluster's quality and environmental management systems.

Coordinate quality and environmental optimization projects in close collaboration with the operations management team, in order to align them with the priorities of the organization.

**Profile**:
Practical understanding of the industrial minerals industry

Good knowledge of quality and environment tools

Knowledge of the Regulatory Frameworks (ICPE, prefectural decrees, labor law, etc.) applicable to the various places of exercise of its activity

Experience working in project management and setting priorities

Ability to lead and implement changes

Skills to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
