Key Responsibilities Ensure Green Quality gates across operational working patterns for defined MSN’s, production stages, and programmes for engineering deliverables, including managing non-conformities and rework proposals. Deliver preliminary non-conformance investigations. Sign off approved design concessions (T200, ATA57). Propose and implement improvement ideas to reduce recurring costs and manufacturing disruption, including service provider changes as part of an MFT. Report metrics on delivery targets and communicate progress with operational and engineering customers. Perform engineering investigations into anomalies using Airbus tools for A/C and provide analysis outcomes. Engineering assessment of NCs in accordance with A2406. Check the input and details of the non-conformance for correctness. Assess non-conformance details to ensure proper rework and avoid RTOs. Provide data for technical coordination meetings & NCRBs. Support the station and attend MFT meetings in the shopfloor. Work Experience Having knowledge of ATA chapter is added skill advantage. Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft. Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions. Good understanding of Airbus standards (SRM/ASR) of working procedures applicable in Wing concessions. Analysis of production / in-service non-conformities (concession / repairs).
