**Key Responsibilities**
Design Liaison and Design for Manufacture support is defined as lineside operational support and idea evolution working both mono discipline (FAL) and as part of a MFT to deliver the following:
- Achievement of Green Quality gates across the operational working patterns for defined MSN’s,

Production stages and Programmes for engineering deliverables including Managing Non-Conformities to Rework proposal

Delivery of preliminary non-conformance investigations.

Approved Design Signatory (T200) for concessions work (ATA57)

Improvement ideas aimed at reducing recurring costs by improving the manufacturability of the product reducing disruption and or Attendance hours not limited to engineering change only as service provider will be working as part of a MFT

All of the above will involve reporting metrics on delivery of the target and communication with the Operational & Engineering customers on Progress for example:

- Perform engineering investigations into anomalies using Airbus tools for A/C and provide analysis outcomes.
- Engineering Assessment of NCs in accordance with A2406. (Advanced information)
- Check the input and details of the non-conformance for correctness
- Assess the non-conformance and check if all the details required to provide a rework are stated in the NC. Ensure no RTOs
- Supply data for technical coordination meetings & NCRBs
- Provide support to the station and attend MFT meetings in the shopfloor

**Work Experience**
- Having knowledge of ATA chapter is added skill advantage
- Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.
- Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.
- Good understanding of Airbus standards (SRM/ASR) of working procedures applicable in Wing concessions
- Analysis of production/ in-service non conformities (concession/repairs)
- Good understanding of Stress requirements.
