We are creative, think differently, and reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. Position: Fuel Commercial Contract Manager EDF is Westinghouse’s largest fuel customer. We serve EDF with various fuel related products and services: supply of fuel assemblies, components, fuel on‑site services, engineering programs and R&D programs. General Job Function We serve EDF out of a large and global delivery base: our fuel plants in Sweden, US, UK, and our partner ENUSA in Spain; engineering offices in France, US, Sweden, Belgium, on‑site services offices in France and Belgium. Building strong customer intimacy, understanding cultural barriers, and ensuring responsiveness are critical to capture feedback, resolve issues, and grow opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities Support global contract management teams in delivering contracts flawlessly and with agility. Assure customer satisfaction by providing more customer intimacy. Address key contract execution areas: forecasting needs, managing manufacturing issues, handling transport and delivery challenges, evaluating security of supply, overseeing engineering projects, managing contractual aspects like claims, and participating in offer development and negotiations. Cross‑functional Responsibilities Coach delivery organizations to understand and meet customer requirements. Act as a trusted voice of Westinghouse to the customer and vice versa. Collaborate with the Fuel Business Manager and commercial team to develop and secure new business opportunities, promote products, services and capabilities, and capture customer needs (VOC). Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field. At least 5 years experience in (French) nuclear business, preferably in fuel‑related areas. Strong customer relationship and communication skills: ability to create intimacy and build trust. Project management skills: ability to identify issues, risks, and barriers; drive resolution. Business development skills: listen to needs, identify opportunities, articulate solutions. 3+ years experience with EDF nuclear projects: mindset, practices, customer needs. Experience in nuclear fuel (manufacturing, engineering, commercials) is a plus. Fluent in French (speaking and writing). Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Benefits Attractive remuneration.
