To learn more about TheFork and our Forkies explore our official site : What You Will Do As a Senior Software Engineer you will work closely with leadership (Engineering Manager Product Manager Product Designer) and collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams. You will be expected to : Design and deliver growth-driven features Acquisition (B2B website new regions expansion). Conversion (free premium in-product upgrades). Efficiency (automation dashboards internal tools AI for internal users). Drive engineering best practices : quality testing documentation observability (Datadog) and production monitoring. Shape technical strategy crafting architectural proposals with architects and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives. Scale our GTM systems : automate Sales & Ops workflows build self-serve activation experiences and integrate with third-party tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions. Who You Are 8 years of experience in software engineering. Strong expertise in TypeScript React API development. Experience with complex systems : microservices CI / CD (GitHub Actions) Docker and AWS environments. Proven collaboration with Product Design and Go-to-Market teams. Product-first mindset : ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact. Fluent in English (French is a plus). Bonus Points Experience in B2B SaaS / Growth Engineering. Knowledge of RabbitMQ PostgreSQL OpenSearch AWS Glue Salesforce. Experience building high-availability systems and observability. Track record of driving PLG / PLS strategies or building Sales / GTM enablement tools. Hands‑on experience with AI-powered features.
