Be part of shaping the E-mobility of the futureAs the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a Project Manager to continue developing the charging network in France. In your day-to-day activities you will work on market research, coordinating rollout projects and pitching our proposition for new opportunities. Let's power the future together Managing projects from start to finish.Lead our charging project handling for the French market.Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive results.Drive infrastructure projects including working with local sales and operation, executives, and other product management team members.Create new and optimise existing project management processes and implement new tools.Mentor and share knowledge around project management best practices.At least three years of successful experience in project management and leading project teamsExpert level analytical, conceptual, and driving operational excellenceSolid experience from working with public institutions.A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric.Technical and process know-how in e-mobility / electrical infrastructure is a plus.Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively.Ability to self-organise in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching.Readiness to travel in France and sometimes in EuropePerfect level in French and excellent level in EnglishFlat hierarchies with an efficient decision-making process without red tapeThe opportunity to play a key role in shaping the mobility revolution.Be part of an international and dynamic team of more than 30 nationalitiesEnjoy a remote-friendly environment with flexible options, you choose whether to work from home, or in our Paris (16ème arrondissement) office or a mix that suits you.Regular company and team events outside of the office to disconnect from our computers and reconnect with colleagues on hikes, mountain e-bike tours, offsites and more.Personal and professional development through in-house lunch & learn sessions, collaborative coding challenge discussions, as well as externally provided training, courses, and conferences.We strive to eliminate discrimination, remove barriers and ensure equal opportunity through a transparent recruitment process.
