With 25% annual growth and a goal to reach €20M in revenue by 2026, DQE is a key player in digital transformation across France and international markets.About The RoleAs a Project Manager at DQE, you’ll be at the heart of our customer onboarding process. Your mission: lead software implementation projects from start to finish — from kickoff to go‑live — and ensure our customers get up and running smoothly, on time, and with real value.You’ll manage a mix of enterprise and mid‑market projects across industries, working with internal teams (R&D, Product, Support, Sales) and directly with clients. You’ll also help improve our internal processes and support the team on pre‑sales, consulting, support and ticketing when needed.This role is perfect for someone who’s structured, autonomous, great with clients, and knows how to drive SaaS projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.What You’ll DoProject DeliveryLead end-to-end implementation projects for clients from diverse industriesRun kick-offs, manage scopes and timelines, align all stakeholdersCoordinate with tech, product, and support teamsTrack progress, manage risks, handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client trainingConfigure our platform to match customer needsEnsure documentation of work and clean handovers to Customer Success & SupportCollaboration & CommunicationWork with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition between implementation and long-term account managementWork with Product and R&D on improvements and escalationsCollaborate with Sales and CS to identify upsell opportunitiesTranslate tech topics into clear business languageProcess & Team SupportStandardize and improve onboarding and implementation methodsKeep clear documentation and share updates regularlySupport pre-sales and solution consulting where neededUse tools like Jira, Zendesk, etc., to manage delivery efficientlySkills & CapabilitiesBelow is our ideal profile; however, you don’t need to tick every box to be considered — if you believe you’re a good fit and are excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you.5+ years of experience in SaaS project management or deliveryFluent in French & English, strong communicatorConfident managing multiple projects in parallelGood understanding of APIs, batch jobs, web services, etc.Experience with CRM or e-commerce tools (Salesforce, Magento…)Proactive, problem‑solver, structured, and autonomousWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusHybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote – after onboarding period) from our beautiful new office in Levallois-Perret25 days holiday with 11-12 days of RTTLunch vouchers (Swile)Public transport subsidy (50%)Comprehensive health insurance (100% for one person, 50/50 for a family)Annual learning and development budgetA complete onboarding plan over several monthsA collaborative, fast‑paced culture with a focus on innovation, impact and wellbeing #J-18808-Ljbffr
