Recognized expert in their offering field, with very deep technical knowledge.
Partner‑recognized and industry‑recognized for expertise.
Certified in their relevant technology or solution domain.
Spent the majority of their career in a designated technical field.
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in complex technical environments.

Client‑facing, primarily focused on technical stakeholders, but able to communicate effectively with senior decision‑makers.
