Senior consultant in internal digital transformation / Permanent contract / ParisParisTHE COMPANYArctus is a a consultancy firm specialising in the digital transformation of organisations, a specialist in intranet, collaborative systems, social networks, and support for new ways of working.For nearly 15 years, we have been helping medium-sized and large private and public organizations with their transformation processes: strategic consulting, digital audit, project management, user control, project management assistance, governance, change management.Our raison d'être is to enable our customers to transform the way they work together over the long term, with the help of digital technology.Teamwork: our skills complement each other and mutual support is at the heart of our day-to-day work.Sharing: each of us has skills and passions to pass onResponsibility and initiative: you'll be encouraged to take the initiative and develop your skills.Concerned about the quality of life at work, we offer you a an agile and caring environment and provide a space for open exploration in connection with the future of work.THE MISSIONAs a Senior Consultant in Internal Digital Transformation at Arctus, you will be involved in collaborating closely with the team's consultants at customer sites and on internal issues.After integrating our consulting methodologies and environment (collaborative tools, CMS, database, etc.), you will manage operational missions such as audit and analysis of web systems, qualitative and quantitative listening phases, technology watch, preparation of deliverables, etc., on behalf of our clients.You will contribute to detection of new opportunities and the formalization of commercial offers.Internally, you will be involved in implementing monitoring actions such as communication, marketing, content creation, and development of our annual surveys, especially for our Observatories.PROFILE SOUGHTYou are a graduate of a business school, a Master 2, or an engineering school with 7 to 10 years' professional experience in the digital field related to communication and IT.You are familiar with digital tools and interested in changes in the world of work.You are curious, enthusiastic, autonomous, able to find creative solutions and present them with professionalism.You have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high level of English.You are comfortable creating concise, impactful presentations of your recommendations and presenting them to clients.You are familiar with and have experience using digital collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Miro, Klaxoon, Canva, etc.).To stay updated, subscribe to the Arctus Newsletter.Arctus is a consulting and change management company, expert in internal digital transformation.
