You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Energy Analysts and Data Engineers.TeamThe Kayrros Data Products team manages a portfolio of products that help energy market participants around the world make the right investment decision. Leveraging Kayrros unique geospatial AI engine to extract value from satellite imagery the products that the team develops are related to oil, gas, power and carbon markets. Considering the challenges of the energy transition, AI boom and current geopolitics and their impacts on the energy sector developing these products is key for all players in the energy market.ResponsibilitiesYou will have a key role in the Data Products team leading the product delivery ensuring and improving its quality.Daily Data Delivery OperationsLead seamless product deliveries coordinating with labelers (executing the product delivery) and cross-functional product teamsDrive continuous improvement of delivery processes in partnership with data engineering teamsArchitect and optimize data delivery pipelines ensuring scalability and reliabilityEstablish operation excellence standards across all delivery workflowsQuality Assurance and Checks – Management of the delivery KPIsDefine and implement comprehensive quality standards for data accuracy, frequency and timeliness as well as for the delivery performanceDesign and deploy robust QA / QC frameworks tailored to each data productDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards and quality reporting systemsChampion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceIncident Management and ResolutionServe as incident response coordinator orchestrating swift resolution across infrastructure engineering, product and customer success teamsLead post-incident reviews and implement preventive measuresContinuously refine incident management processes and response protocolsCustomer Success PartnershipCollaborate closely with customer support and success teams to enhance user experienceTranslate customer feedback on the delivery into actionable product improvementsServe as the technical liaison between internal teams and customer-facing functionsQualificationsProfileThis is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for a new challenge in a high impact position ensuring the delivery of data that is used on a daily basis by energy market participants to make key investments decisions.
