About the job

Blue Bridge Group AI designs and deploys AI Agents for major clients. We are scaling from successful deliveries to a repeatable, enterprise-grade delivery system. We are hiring a 
VP of Delivery
 to own end-to-end client delivery and build the operating model that makes outcomes predictable: quality, timelines, margin, and client trust.

This is an executive leadership role with direct impact on company scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery end-to-end
     across the client portfolio (from scoping to production rollout and adoption).
  • Design and deploy a delivery operating model
    : phases, stage gates, artifacts, RACI, acceptance criteria, QA standards.
  • Industrialize delivery
    : playbooks, templates, reusable components, accelerators, "golden paths" for AI Agent deployments.
  • Run portfolio governance
    : weekly cadence, executive reporting, steering committees, escalation paths, RAID discipline.
  • Drive delivery performance
    : forecasting, capacity planning, utilization, delivery margin, cycle time, quality metrics, client satisfaction/NPS.
  • Build and lead the Delivery organization
    : hiring, coaching, career paths, performance standards, delivery culture.
  • Partner with Data Science & Software Engineering teams
     to align roadmap, platform constraints, security/compliance, and release practices.
  • Act as executive counterpart
     to client leadership (COO/CIO/Head of Ops/Product), managing expectations and long-term relationships.

Qualifications (must-have)

  • 10+ years leading delivery in tech/services (SaaS, data/AI, consulting, systems integration), including enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record 
    scaling delivery
     in a growth context (standardizing methodology, building teams, improving predictability).
  • Strong program leadership: governance, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, executive stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate complex technical work into clear delivery plans and decision-ready reporting.
  • Fluent English (French is a plus).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience delivering GenAI/LLM solutions in production (evaluation, monitoring, iteration, safety).
  • Exposure to enterprise security/compliance and change management.
  • Professional Services / Delivery P&L ownership.
