Within GDIT, the Global Data & AI Division was established with the mission to act as a business enabler. This department is responsible for driving the strategic use of Data and AI across Ipsen and enhance business interoperability.
The Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Lead is responsible for defining, delivering, operating, and continuously improving Ipsen's Enterprise Master Data Management capabilities and associated technology platforms.
The role ensures that business-critical master data domains are governed, maintained, and leveraged effectively across the enterprise to support business operations, digital transformation initiatives, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
The position combines strategic leadership, platform ownership, operational excellence, and transformation delivery, while working closely with Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Business Functions, and Delivery Partners to drive adoption, quality, and business value realization.
The role has direct accountability for the Enterprise MDM operating model, platform roadmap, service delivery, data quality improvement, vendor management, and continuous evolution of Ipsen's MDM ecosystem. WHAT
- Main Responsibilities & Technical CompetenciesEnterprise MDM Strategy & Leadership* Define and execute the Enterprise MDM strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
* Lead the evolution of Ipsen's MDM capabilities across all data domains.
* Ensure MDM capabilities support business growth, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency.
* Drive adoption of enterprise master data processes, standards, and best practices.
