Talent Acquisition Coordinator (x/f/m)
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting Team in our Paris office.
As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management. You will join our global Talent Acquisition team distributed across the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy.

You will be responsible for communications assets (emails, messages, calendar invites …) to ensure candidates have clear information on their upcoming interviews. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and work hand in hand with our recruiters to create the smoothest candidate experience possible.
