What You\u2019ll Do : What\u2019s the Platform Factory group ? The Platform Factory group, composed of six agile and human-sized teams, provides an intuitive, integrated, performant and automated Software Factory that would flawlessly and continuously deploy to production any code change that would comply with the quality expectations. In other words, build, test and deploy faster, safer and smarter. How You\u2019ll Make An Impact As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in the Factory - Continuous Deployment team at Criteo, you\u2019ll build tools which take the binaries built by CI and push them to production in a way which eliminates the unnecessary toil. The tools we provide manage deployment automation (Continuous Deployment, Perpetuo), configuration (Fleet Management System) and safety (Validation Gates, Release Freeze). What You\u2019ll Do Build and operate highly available, secure, and scalable services supporting Criteo’s private cloud developer platform. Design developer-facing tools and APIs to simplify workflows across the development lifecycle, from coding and review to deployment and monitoring. Support the continuous deployment infrastructure and ensure smooth, automated delivery of applications and services used across the company. Enable agentic workflows within our continuous deployment pipelines by building domain-specific agents and exposing internal services via MCP to automate failure analysis and debugging, orchestrate progressive rollouts, and deliver intelligent self-service capabilities to engineering teams. Foster a strong engineering culture by improving visibility, automation, and reliability through metrics, logs, and other observability best practices. Experienced software engineer with 8+ years developing complex systems using languages like C#, Python, Java, Scala. Skilled in front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and web technologies are a plus. Strong knowledge of Linux, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud / hybrid deployments, and CI / CD pipelines. Proficient in troubleshooting using observability tools like Prometheus / Grafana or Elastic Search / Kibana.
