Overview
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and optimizing all of the company's logistics and transport operations. You are the primary point of contact between manufacturers, carriers, depots, sales teams, installers and customers. Your main objective is to ensure reliable, controlled deliveries that comply with the operational constraints of each project. Organize goods pickups from our manufacturers, primarily located in Poland. Plan full truckloads and partial shipments destined for France. Coordinate release dates with production sites. Optimize truck fill rates and order consolidation. Verify the accuracy of transport documents and loading information. Anticipate delays, blockages or difficulties related to pickups. Schedule deliveries from our central stock, partner depots or directly from factories. Organize the distribution of goods among multiple delivery addresses. Define appropriate transport methods according to the dimensions, weight and fragility of the equipment. Ensure that agreed delivery dates and time slots are respected with customers. Coordinate carriers with installation teams, refrigeration technicians, handlers and other on-site personnel. Arrange the necessary means for unloading: forklifts, tail lifts, cranes, pallet trucks or handling teams. Gather and verify the information required for each delivery. Confirm site accessibility and any traffic or parking constraints. Identify constraints related to opening hours, store closures or ongoing works. Inform customers of the progress of their delivery. Ensure smooth communication between sales teams, customers and service providers.
