Global Talent & VIP Manager As Global Talent & VIP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying Zimmermann’s global image through meaningful connections with talents, creative communities, and cultural voices. Based in Paris, you will work closely with the Global PR Director and regional agencies to craft thoughtful strategies that bring the Zimmermann spirit to life — from high‑profile red‑carpet moments to intimate cultural collaborations. Responsibilities Define and execute a forward‑thinking Influence & Celebrity strategy in alignment with Zimmermann’s image and creative vision. Identify and nurture relationships with talents, stylists, and influencers who naturally embody the brand’s world and values. Oversee all talent‑related activations, from red‑carpet dressing and show attendance to organic seeding and long‑term brand ambassadorships. Partner with the Global PR Director and regional PR agencies to ensure cross‑market consistency and excellence. Monitor cultural trends, new talents, and artistic movements to stay at the forefront of influence and storytelling. Manage allocated budgets, contracts, and deliverables to ensure impactful and authentic outcomes. Media & Image Alignment Collaborate with global and regional PR teams to align celebrity and influencer activations with editorial storytelling. Track performance, visibility, and resonance of campaigns to inform future strategies. Events & Brand Experiences Support the conception and execution of key global image events — including fashion shows, boutique openings, and cultural collaborations. Curate and manage guest lists, coordinating the presence of VIPs, talents, and brand friends. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in celebrity, influencer, or VIP relations within luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. Strong existing network of VIP stylists, talent agents, and digital creators, particularly in Europe (UK, FR, IT & SP) and ideally the US. Proven experience managing VIP dressing, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations. Deep understanding of global cultural and digital landscapes; curious, intuitive, and trend‑sensitive. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Highly organized, creative, and agile — able to balance artistic vision with strategic execution. A natural connector, collaborative by nature, and inspired by the idea of building a Zimmermann family of talents and creative friends.
