We are currently looking for a Talent Sourcer (M/F/d) for our Talent Acquisition team in Paris which is part of our global People & Culture (P&C) team. Our P&C team enables business growth by empowering employees and teams. HR, Office Management, and Talent Acquisition functions help GSG culture thrive under global initiatives. As a trusted partner, we drive the employee journey by attracting, equipping, and developing global teams. This is how you will spend most of your time:
- Be the driver of external hiring activity, the “eyes and ears” to the talent market and an expert for new sourcing opportunities.
We are a match if you have
- Knowledge and experience with sourcing (in-house or agency). Ideally, you’ve already worked on product and/or tech roles.
- You are passionate about sourcing and creative in your approach.
- Advanced research & sourcing skills beyond simply LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to have meaningful conversations with passive talents. You can spark interest in high-demand talent by sharing the GSG story.
- Strong interpersonal, effective business, and cross-cultural communication.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required. Any other language is a plus
