Operations Coordinator

OverviewOperations Coordinator (Ops Runner) — based in France, Belgium or Spain. You will work on a subset of services we deliver (e.g., claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic). Core responsibilities take about 70–80% of the time and focus on running our insurance or health services processes, daily follow-up and monitoring, and identifying risks and opportunities.Responsibilities Run our Insurance or Health services processes (Ops Runner), including invoicing, claims treatment, growing and managing our provider network, and supporting internal teams (live and via documentation). Contribute to the definition and ownership of the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, and SLAs, and identify risks and opportunities (internally or with service providers). Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participate in negotiation rounds, and ensure business continuity through daily communication. Perform controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions are made and identify training needs (internally and externally). Escalate feedback, help prioritize, and support initiatives to improve processes and services. In addition to running and monitoring operations, you will implement continuous improvements to our processes (about 20–30% of the time), e.g., collaborating with product teams to automate processes, improving external communication, auditing processes, or automating steps using automation tools.Key Missions Operating our processes: perform tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, grow and manage our provider network, and support internal teams. Contributing to the definition and ownership of monitoring schemes to track volumes, efficiency, and SLAs, and identify risks and areas for improvement. Note: Profiles should be able to embrace any challenge and join any pool. Depending on Alan’s needs and personal interests, an Operations Coordinator may join a pool and switch scopes over time.Experience & Skills Experience: A2–B level range; diverse backgrounds are welcome (e.g., operating processes/services for scale-up companies, working in Support functions, or customer-facing commercial roles). Ops/Runners experience: delivering and optimizing top-notch operations; comfortable with hands-on, technical processes; clear and delightful for operators and members. Problem-solving: strong analytical mindset focused on member and customer satisfaction. Organization & communication: highly organized with excellent follow-up; strong written and verbal communication in English and French (C1+), with empathy. Independent and adaptable: able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing situations. Nice-to-have: experience in insurance or healthcare; analytics skills to dive into data.
