CMA CGM Group in Marseille seeks a senior Training and Leadership Coach to design and deliver development solutions for leadership, management, and culture. You will work closely with a Back Office team to implement these initiatives.
Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree, 10+ years in leadership training, and strong listening, analytical, and collaboration skills. Fluency in English and French is required to facilitate sessions in both languages.
