🚀 Poste clé pour structurer et optimiser un service client performant💼 CDI basé à Grenoble (minimum 70% sur site)💰 60-80k€ selon expérience🎓 +6 ans d’expérience en service client SaaS & expertise HubSpot Service Igonogo est une start-up martech spécialisée dans l’analyse comportementale et émotionnelle appliquée aux études consommateurs.Notre solution SaaS permet aux marques d’explorer les émotions et comportements implicites des consommateurs à travers une technologie de touch tracking et d’analyse sémantique avancée pour fiabiliser la donnée qu'ils collectent.En pleine expansion, nous recherchons un Head of Customer Service pour maximiser la satisfaction client en structurant, automatisant et optimisant notre support, garantissant ainsi une expérience fluide et efficace. 🎯 Votre mission Votre rôle est clé : structurer et optimiser un service client performant pour fluidifier les interactions et améliorer la satisfaction client.Vos responsabilités principales : Définir et mettre en place les meilleures pratiques pour un service client efficace et évolutif. Automatiser et centraliser les interactions via HubSpot Service et d’autres outils. Améliorer l’expérience utilisateur en optimisant les processus de support. Développer des ressources clients : FAQ, guides, chatbots, tutoriels vidéos, etc. Piloter les KPIs du service client et assurer une amélioration continue. Faciliter l’upsell en collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Customer Support. Assurer une communication fluide entre clients et équipes internes (tech, design, études, sales). +6 ans d’expérience en gestion du service client SaaS. Maîtrise de HubSpot Service et outils d’automatisation. Forte orientation automatisation et scalabilité. Compétences techniques solides pour comprendre et résoudre des problématiques courantes en SaaS, avec une aisance dans l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils. Capacité à prioriser et redistribuer efficacement les demandes. Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles. Bilingue/Fluent français-anglais (écrit et oral). Expertise en outils de support client et CRM (HubSpot Service). Automatisation et optimisation de la gestion des flux de tickets et des demandes clients. Création et gestion de bases de connaissances. Analyse et reporting des performances du service client. Vision stratégique et esprit analytique. Communication fluide et sens du relationnel. Capacité à fédérer une équipe et à encourager la collaboration. Sens du détail et amélioration continue. Autonomie et proactivité. 📜 Modalités du poste Contrat : CDI à temps plein. Démarrage : à partir de septembre 2025. Localisation : Grenoble (12 rue Ampère 38000 Grenoble). Rémunération : 60k€ à 80k€ brut par an selon profil. Télétravail : jusqu’à 2 jours par semaine. Matériel : MacBook Air 14'', écran 27'', bureau attitré. Mutuelle Alan prise en charge à 50%. Transport public remboursé à 50%.
