Delva recherche un(e) Product Manager senior pour prendre un périmètre cœur e-commerce :checkout → cycle de vie commande → opérations pour un acteur clef du retail français.🧩 Le rôleEn tant que PM sur squad dédiée, tu pilotes de bout en bout :Discovery : compréhension des irritants commande/livraison/retours, identification des gains (conversion, coûts, délais, NPS)Delivery : roadmap, priorisation, pilotage de l’exécution avec équipe tech et parties prenantesMise sous contrôle : KPI, qualité, incidents, dette, cohérence cross-paysCollaboration étroite avec les équipes e-commerce & tech dans une orga en transformation🎯 Le challengePérimètre élargi suite à réorganisation DSIForte orientation business & valeur, avec peu (ou pas) de relais business dédié : il faut savoir porter la voix du businessContexte multi-acteurs / multi-pays, et delivery progressif (livraison par incréments)Capacité à challenger l’organisation et clarifier les responsabilités / interfaces5–10+ ans d’expérience en Product Management (senior)Solide expérience e-commerce, idéalement order lifecycle / OMS / supply / fulfilment / retoursTrès à l’aise dans un contexte complexe et changeant (reorg, périmètre mouvant, arbitrages)Posture attendue : posée / calme, structurée, orientée résultats, compatible avec une rigueur budgétaire📍 ModalitésDémarrage : févrierDurée : mission longue, forte expositionDelva est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé en Product Management, fondé par deux experts produit :Jérôme Granon (ex CPO de Napta) et Florian Ardérighi (ex Head of Product de Smallable).Nous cumulons 13 ans d’expérience chacun en product management, et intervenons auprès d'ETI et grands groupes sur des sujets de transformation produit, de product management ou encore de coaching produit.
