Youll act as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts ensuring customer satisfaction while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.This role requires a willingness to travel extensively across France to meet customers partners and prospects.RequirementsIT Expertise: Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of IT operations management, IT security and observability.Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a technical consulting role particularly in IT operations management and IT security.Monitoring & Security Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti, Splunk, Darktrace, LogRhythm, Halo, SolarWinds or similar platforms is essential.Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Together lets shape the future of business softwareRequired Skills5 to 8 years of proven experience in areas such as OpenTelemetry standards, distributed systems, AI / ML-driven performance bottleneck detection, Docker and containerization technologies and network infrastructure management (implementation, configuration or pre-sales). Strong communication and presentation abilities along with fluency in German. Ability to handle customer objections and technical queries confidently. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with comparable tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Solar winds, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, PRTG, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor or Google Cloud Operations tools or equivalent platforms is required.
