Working at Freudenberg : We will wow your world Join our Team as Inside Sales Specialist 🌟 Your impactful role : Responsibilities Enable smooth order flow : Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ to order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination. Be the first point of contact : Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving. Secure competitive deals : Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability. Ensure contract accuracy : Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance. Accelerate product adoption : Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly.
