Social Media Content Specialist (English + French OR Spanish) ICUC is a fully remote company that brings brand stories to life through social media expertise. Working Hours Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central Time Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central Time Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central Time What You’ll Be Doing Moderate and respond to comments across our clients' social channels using their unique brand voice. Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement. Ensure online communities are safe, respectful and aligned with client guidelines. Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed. Become a true extension of our clients’ brands—understand their strategy, tone, and audience. What You Bring to the Table High‑level proficiency in English and French OR Spanish with strong cultural awareness. Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French OR Spanish. Availability to work any shift, any day—including weekends. Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging. Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences. Knowledge of the major social platforms. Interest in the content you’ll be moderating (tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism). Organized, reliable, and with excellent customer‑service instincts.
