Overview Upway is the leading platform for refurbished electric bikes in the US and Europe. Our mission is simple: to make electric mobility more affordable and sustainable for everyone. Department: Product Location: Paris What you’ll do Own the product vision and roadmap for our internal operations platform. You’ll define the long-term strategy that helps Upway scale its operations efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality. Go deep into the field to lead discovery. You’ll spend time in our UpCenters, observing, listening, and collaborating with our operators, mechanics, and logistics staff. Your empathy for frontline users will drive everything you build. Deliver tools people love to use. With Engineering and Design, you’ll ship robust, user-centric tools that make our operations run smoothly and confidently at scale. Measure and iterate. You’ll define success metrics, track adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously improve our internal platform. Who you are You bring 5 to 8 years of Product Management experience, ideally focused on internal platforms in operational or logistics-heavy environments. You genuinely enjoy working with frontline users – mechanics, warehouse staff, operations managers – and have a deep sense of ownership of their problems. You’re energized by being on the ground, observing how things really work. You have a process-oriented mindset. You can dissect complex workflows, map out edge cases, and identify improvements others miss. You thrive in ambiguous environments. You’re independent, resourceful, and motivated to figure things out – even when there’s no playbook. You’re data-driven and rigorous. You work with clear hypotheses, run analyses to validate decisions, and define what success looks like. You know your way around SQL. You’re structured, humble, and collaborative.
