Missions Reporting to the Head of Product “Operations & Maintenance”, you will develop and transform the company by creating a new Digital Product line: “Operation & Maintenance”. The Product ecosystem covers all use‑cases related to operations, maintenance, asset management, safety monitoring, overall performance tracking and client/partner reporting. These use‑cases are enabled by data collection from various sources (operational logbooks, CMMS, ticketing, service orders, SCADA, IoT, etc.) and are presented through user‑friendly visualisations and modular solutions adaptable to our networks worldwide. Responsibilities and activities As the Product manager, you will be the true ambassador of your product, mastering its entire lifecycle. Stratégie et Discovery Participate in the annual strategy alongside the Head of Product and stakeholders. Understand key user challenges, identify and prioritise opportunities. Participate in strategic MAKE or BUY decisions for the product line. Benchmark and watch emerging and existing markets. Delivery et Maintenance Ensure consistency of roadmaps for internal (MAKE) and external (BUY) solutions. Design solutions with support from all stakeholders. Co‑create user journeys with the Product Design (UX / UI) team. Lead the backlog with a focus on delivery timelines, expected functionality and capacity. Write EPICs / user stories with acceptance tests, prioritisation and refinement. Support service deployment across our networks in collaboration with Customer Success Managers. Maintain product documentation. Partenaires Act as the contact point between RATP Dev teams and external partners (SaaS, IoT). Oversee selection, integration and management of partner services embedded in the solution. Influence partner roadmaps in view of our needs. Ensure service compliance with RATP Dev contractual requirements. Business Contribute during RAO on the functional side of the product: proposals, financing, planning. Promote our product catalogue. Gouvernance Lead product governance on the squad. Define KPI for product performance monitoring. Plus Interact with other Product Managers on best practices (discovery, delivery, prioritisation). Spread product culture within the product line and associated stakeholders. Co‑create the business model with the Head of Product and monitor the associated P&L. Desired candidate profile Successful experience as a Product Manager on digital products related to operations, maintenance, ticketing, service orders, SCADA, etc. Experience and skills required Experience in the Transport: Mobility sector a plus. Ability to lead Tech, Product Design, CSM and other internal stakeholders. Strong grasp of agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Rigour, analytical, synthesis and formalisation abilities. Graduation from a business school or engineering degree. Fluent English.
