This is a high-impact leadership role which is responsible for building partnerships, leading talented teams, and directly influencing how we serve customers and grow our business across multiple markets.What you will do:You will be responsible for aligning with, and influencing, regional and global functions, including direct and indirect channels & ATPs, organizations, Government, marketing campaigns, communications, Customer Care & Experience, PMI events within region, third party partnerships, agreements and for regional growth of the PMI global executive council.What you will bring to the role:Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree desired; postgraduate business degree preferred7+ years of leadership experience in global, multi-market business environmentsProven track record in B2B sales, channel management, and business developmentExperience leading dispersed teams across geographiesB2C experience is a plusSkills and AbilitiesStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skillsExpert in building and managing partnerships that drive revenueNatural leader who empowers high-performing teams and builds trust across organizationsProven ability to mentor individuals and teamsExcellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilitiesComfortable with ambiguity and energized by changeFluent in English (PMI's business language), knowledge of additional European language(s) is a plus.Results-driven with a positive, resilient mindsetTravel RequirementsUp to 40%What you can expect from usWe value and nurture an environment of inclusivity and diversity, and a culture of communication and collaboration.
