We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solutions Operations Engineer (TSOE) to support the global Technical Solutions (TS) organization, building and maintaining our internal tooling and workflows. Datadog’s TS org is composed of 1,100+ customer-facing technical experts around the world. From Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers to Support Engineers and Implementation Specialists, TS works with prospects and customers throughout their Datadog journey to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth through rapid product adoption. What You’ll Do: Administer core systems (Zendesk, Jira, Assembled, AWS, etc.) and provide routine services in a timely manner to internal customers to enable TS teams to efficiently and effectively achieve their KPIs and strategic goals. Automate tasks and deliver solutions to improve efficiency through scripting and tooling. Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, process maps, and other documentation to ensure our technology systems are well-designed and efficient. Clarify requirements whenever necessary, then evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best meet business objectives. Work a hybrid model of 3-5 days in office per week.
