**Team**

We’re searching for a highly qualified solution engineer with technical skills to help our customers to deploy LumApps Companion successfully.

As a Solution Engineer, your job will be dedicated to technical third-party integrations for our Customers. Under the direct responsibility of our Head of LumApps Companion and working closely with a Project Manager, you will be mainly responsible for AI, chatbot and 3rd-party integrations.

**Missions**

1. Define IA, chatbot or Micro-Apps technical and functional specifications in collaboration with the Project Manager and our Customers.

2. Identify and recommend technical solutions and best integration scenarios according to Customer expectations and our Product vision.

3. Ensure that technical requirements can be met.

4. Develop micro-apps and chatbot, configure IA according to specifications.

5. Test and adjust integrations in coordination with our Customers.

6. Document integrations and developments

7. Train our Customer on our Micro-apps Builder and ensure the handover with the Customer technical resources.

**Responsibilities**

1. Establish and maintain processes for managing IA, chat and Micro-Apps integrations during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks in coordination with the Project Manager

2. Contribute to our continuous improvement to secure delivery and Customer Satisfaction.

**Skills**

1. A minimum of 2 years experience in technical integration for SaaS solutions

2. JSON skills

3. Postman

4. API connectors development

5. Google Vertex et Azure AI knowledge

6. Javascript

7. Customer facing

8. Team work especially with Product Owners and Project Managers
