2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are currently seeking a highly technical, proactive and people‑smart Technical Delivery Director with strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) to lead strategic programs across multiple enterprise clients. The role requires a blend of delivery excellence, commercial acumen and technical depth – overseeing large‑scale AI initiatives from conception to implementation. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data‑driven transformation programs, hands‑on guide GenAI application to the development process and value realization, coordinating multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes Partner with clients to define AI business cases, roadmap and architecture, as well as work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX designers and product owners Proactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early on Participate in business development efforts for both existing clients and new projects, continuously identifying new opportunities Identify emerging GenAI capabilities and advise clients on integration within enterprise ecosystems Requirements Proven experience as Program Director within consulting, IT services and large‑scale enterprise environment Experience delivering AI or GenAI programs from proof of concept to production Strong grounding in modern software delivery (Agile, DevOps, microservices, API‑driven integration) Familiarity with Cloud AI ecosystems – Azure, AWS, Google or similar Integration of GenAI into existing platform (CRM, ERP, contact centres or digital workplaces) Prior experience of leading and managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and performance management Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met We offer 25 days of paid leave per year + reduction of the working time (RTT days, number depending on the year) Meal vouchers Card (11 euros per day, 51% covered by EPAM) Life & Private medical insurance (50% of monthly cost covered by EPAM including dental and vision insurance) Pension fund Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) (subject to eligibility requirements) Navigo (Ground transportation allowance, 50% of monthly cost covered by EPAM) Monthly Afterwork organized by the HR Team EPAM Referral Program Remote Work (under Business & Management approval) IT Equipment (Laptop (HP or Macbook according to eligibility criteria), headphones, mouse, professional phone with monthly subscription fees covered by EPAM) Learning and development opportunities including in‑house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more *All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements Seniority level Director Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology, Project Management, and Engineering Industries Software Development and IT Services and IT Consulting Locations Paris, Île‑de‑France, France Referrals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at EPAM Systems by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
