We are currently seeking a highly technical, proactive and people-smart
Technical Delivery Director
with strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) to lead strategic programs across multiple enterprise clients.

The role requires a blend of delivery excellence, commercial acumen and technical depth – overseeing large-scale AI initiatives from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data-driven transformation programs, hands-on guide GenAI application to the development process and value realization, coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes
  • Partner with clients to define AI business cases, roadmap and architecture, as well as work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software developers, UX designers and product owners
  • Proactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early on
  • Participate in business development efforts for both existing clients and new projects, continuously identifying new opportunities
  • Identify emerging GenAI capabilities and advise clients on integration within enterprise ecosystems

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Program Director within consulting, IT services and large-scale enterprise environment
  • Experience delivering AI or GenAI programs from proof of concept to production
  • Strong grounding in modern software delivery (Agile, DevOps, microservices, API-driven integration)
  • Familiarity with Cloud AI ecosystems – Azure, AWS, Google or similar
  • Integration of GenAI into existing platform (CRM, ERP, contact centres or digital workplaces)
  • Prior experience of leading and managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and performance management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met
